Where are ServiceNow data centers located?

 In this blog, I will try to explore the data center locations of ServiceNow. This way, I will inform you too. Like mentioned earlier in pervious blog, they have placed their data centers all around the world in North/South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. ServiceNow pairs the data centers in these locations and serves you data without to worry about failure. It helps to maintain business continuity even if one of the data centers fails.

ServiceNow has 21 data centers and 11 pairs in various locations. They have also reserved one pair of data center in USA for federal government. The locations or countries where these ServiceNow data centers lies are:

  1. Australia
  2. Brazil
  3. Canada
  4. China
  5. Germany
  6. India
  7. Ireland
  8. Japan
  9. Netherlands
  10. Singapore
  11. Switzerland
  12. UK
  13. USA

Some of these locations like India, only have support center. So, they may not really have data center there. 

Own classification of ServiceNow

But based on their global regional classification, these locations can be classified into 4 major regions which includes:

  • APJ: It stands for Asia Pacific Japan
  • EMEA: It stands for Europe and Middle East Asia
  • North America
  • South America 

Funny thing is though they have mentioned EMEA, there is no country from the Middle East Asia region. But still it is understandable to use EMEA as many of the cloud service providers use that term. As these regions align in along same vertical line/region.
